Individual Task Look at each individual, how will your learning benefit them:

Both NOW and in the FUTURE

Eg – Your family could benefit now as you can pass on information about why healthy eating is important.

Or: A service user could benefit from your knowledge in the future because you will have the correct skills to care for their wellbeing.

Evaluation Consider the positives and negatives of how

your learning will benefit others

Eg – positive: After informing your family of the need for healthy eating you may inspire a family member to retrain in Health & Care.

Eg – Negative: If your work colleagues were not maintaining the same standard of care as you with the service users.
