After having battled for more than two years over E-Vapour Technology,the e-cigarette maker Fontem Ventures and an independent e-cigarette

manufacturer NJOY Inc have settled their patent disputes amicably tomove ahead. With this, both the parties will put an end to all their

differences over e-vapour technology in the USA and Germany. Underthe terms of the settlement, Fontem Ventures has granted NJOY, Inc. and

its affiliates a non-exclusive royalty-bearing global license under thepatents-in-suit and certain other vapour technology related patents. The

remaining settlement terms are confidential.
