Limelight Networks appeals to US Supreme Court in long-standing legal battle

Limelight Networks Inc. is continuing to fight a portion of its long-standing dispute against Akamai Technologies Inc., while agreeing not to challenge the patent infringement claim.Limelight, a Tempe-based developer of content delivery systems for online media, announced today it will be seeking review by the U.S. Supreme Court of the August decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
