3. Costs Recovery & Accountability
In Tommy Choo, Mark Go & Partners v Kuntjoro Wibawa [2015] SGHC 239 (a taxation hearing) the
Court held that legal costs for in-house work done by clerks and secretaries could not be included in a firm’s bill of costs, as such costs are part of a firm’s general
expenses.
Law Firms are able to recover the costs of our outsourced litigation support services from end-
client as:1. We prepare clear and detailed budgets for end-client acceptance, prior to work commencement
2. Our fees are based on per page, per document or per GB metrics which can be easily verified
