Our Sales Licensing course qualifies you to sit for the NJ &/or PA State Licensing Exam without additional classes!• Grads are permitted to "sit in" on classes to “refresh” for

the State Exam up to one year, free of charge, whenever there are available seats.• Students are welcome to attend our many FREE

Over the years, we’ve expanded the school’s

The Real Estate School has been offering Continuing

Education classes in Philadelphia, PA since

2009. Most recently, we have added an initial

licensing course for PA Salespeople out of our

beautiful new classroom in Northeast Philadelphia.
