When the days seem rough and you’re feeling low And you hardly know which way to go;

When you feel discouraged and you’ve lost your fight, When things go wrong and nothing’s right, When you feel like quitting – like giving up, And you’ve tasted from failure’s bitter cup –

DON’T STOP! KEEP GOING!

When you’ve done your best and all for naught, When you’ve been denied the goals you sought,

When you feel that trying is not worth while, That there’s no sense in going the extra mile;

When you feel that Fate has dealt too many blows And the way to win has been foreclosed –

KEEP ON GOING! DON’T STOP!

REMEMBER – The longest night will end at last,

And the sun will shine when the storm has passed. So when doubt and fear seem to bar your way

And you feel ill fortune is here to stay, Remember, the tunnel may be dark and wide But the light shines through on the other side.

SO KEEP ON GOING! DON’T STOP!

Life’s greatest prizes don’t always go To the one who puts on the greatest show.

Sooner or later the fight is won By the one who keeps on going on.

It’s easy to quit when you’ve lost your way, But the “valiant” fight on each passing day. SO – DON’T STOP! JUST KEEP GOING ON!
