3. Content & style This is an intensive programme focusing on all the key tools and techniques required of leaders and managers in today’s fast moving business environment. The fee The fee includes access to highly motivational training and best practice in this area across the industry. Each participant will receive a copy of the Max Guide to Effective Leadership & Management plus an Insights Discovery profile including the Foundation and Management chapters. Each participant will also have a follow-up phone coaching session 30 days following the programme.
