Talk to a friend: Just pick up the phone and bug that old jerk, sure he will be awake. Or of course if he is showing green on Facebook then nothing like it. Its ok to use slur with your old buddy!
Meditate: Just sit back, close your eyes, take
deep breath and forget everything..yes its that
easy
Listen to music and dance: Yes that tune has been going on in
your mind for long. Plug it in and do some stupid steps. Over and
over again till you feel your heart thumping
Read: “So 1990’s, who does that anymore”..well reading does not mean a novel or a bestseller..Its the internet age, just put in some key words on google, the whole damn world will open up
Plan a vacation: U’ve been wanting to go there so bad. Start planning..when, with whom, how much to save..lots of questions to
be answered buddy
Clean up your room/workstation: Neatness makes you feel good. Look around..your room can be made
perfect..and even your workstation, it just needs some files removed and papers stacked on
Write: Who uses pen and paper these days..go green, open up a ms-doc and start punching in..just write about anything… achievements, stupid things, why your neighbors fight…
Cook: ah! Well, may it be a 2 minutes maggi or some chefs special butter chicken or a cup of warm milk..get to the stove and do some
cooking and experimenting and pat your pack..no matter the success
Exercise: Get out and run..walk, do weights,
yoga..anything physical makes your blood pump and muscles
relax ultimately cooling your down.
Work: Complete those small unfinished tasks that you’ve been delaying just because they were insignificant..or
perhaps do some office work and deliver before time..boss
impressed, you happy !
