The New Operating System For Success

gets you to think in very useful, but

counterintuitive ways.  The cornerstone of

the New OS is for you to not engage with your

negativity, fear and self-doubt, and simply

keep refocusing on what’s next – what’s the

next, most important mission critical action

that you have to take.

But New OS rookies often get hung up on

the reality of their problems.

They ask “How can I possibly not take those

negative thoughts seriously, when my

problems are so real?”

What their doing is letting their mind run

the Old OS.   Essentially,  they  want  to keep

worrying about their worries.

And what happens as they continue to

worry about their worries.  They start a deep

dive into a negative stress spiral, where they

end up feeling more negative, more

Fearful and more stressed.   That  is  exactly

the  opposite  mindset  that  you  need  to

achieve.

Not engaging with that negativity, not

listening to that worry, not fuelling that fear

allows you the headspace to get on with it –

to take whatever action you can to get closer

to what you want.

Yes, that doesn’t mean that your problems

have gone away.  It  just  simply  means  that

you’re  in  a  much  better  place  to  handle

them,  and  keep  pushing  on  towards  your

goals.

So do you want to worry about your

worries, or  do  you  want  to  just  get

on with getting results?
