Full Pardot Audit
The full Pardot audit comprises two parts, discovery and
technical. Through the discovery phase we spend time on site
with your team to document and apply your business processes
and goals to the platform. This starts with four workshops where
you’re sales, marketing, crm and tech teams are invited to
contribute as we discuss how the platform could be utlised for
the firm.
Beyond the holistic piece, we review all
elements of the platform providing
Recommendations.
Project time frame
The estimated time to complete the audit is 7.7
days.
The audit can be completed within 10 working days.

For each item within the technical setup Macram
will produce a document outlining the work
completed within the system. These documents
will be combined upon closure of the
implementation project to create the ‘Pardot
Compendium’.

Development
At Macram we offer Pardot/web development services. Landing page, form, email templates and
custom API integration often have an important role in a successful Engagement Program. Our
developers can help to code landing pages using your own PSD (design) files before deploying to
Pardot. With custom templates, you can market to your customers and prospects using digital
assets that fit with your brand look and feel without limitations.
The alternative to having custom build templates within Pardot is to use the Pardot what you see
is what you get (WYSIWYG) editors. We recently produced this document outlining the benefits of
building your landing pages in Pardot.
Email template - £950+vat per template
Landing page - £1,050+vat per template
Form template - £850+vat per template
Development work assets are fixed cost items. The time allocated to this item within the time line
is the number of days required to complete all assets based on the quantity outlined above.
General support and larger projects
Our day rate is £650+vat (£81.25+vat). We engage with our clients in two ways.
We typically scope a two month project comprising multiple Engagement
Studio Programs, additional related tasks and development work if necessary.
Or we might work on an item by item basis. If you wish to prioritise certain
tasks we can deliver these prior to commencing with further work.
The benefit of a two month rolling project is that we commit to a series of
deliverables over a period of time. This approach improves the fluidity of the
client/vendor engagement and ultimately allows us to deliver more work,
sooner.

“At Proplend, we’ve been using Pardot for some time now but haven’t yet made full use of its functionality.
