Compression ratio is an important index to indicate the pressing strength of

pellet feed. The larger the compression ratio, the longer the retention time and

the more durable pellet.

The service life is calculated on the working duty of 16h/day.Usually, a die with φ3.0mm die holes and a compression ratio of 1:12 is able to process 12000-15000t poultry feed or livestock feed, and a group of roll shells can process 5000-8000t feed accordingly.
