Case 18 (с. Dnepropetrovks):

Press-tour to the «Miroplast» Companys' factory Client: «MIROPLAST» - the biggest Ukrainian manufacturer of profiled PVC

systems for metal-steel windows. «MIROPLAST» produces profiles to ТМ «WDS», «Olimpia» and others.

Time and place of the event : July 20 2012 ,factory «MIROPLAST», Dnepropetrovsk. The event format : Press-tour with press-briefing and demonstration of products manufacturing. Aim of the event: to inform media and targeted audience about a company and its brands,

company popularization, public demonstration of high-quality modern Ukrainian production. Participants of the event: management of "MIROPLAST“ Company, invited representatives of

media

Event results

26 media representatives took part in the press-conference( TV, news agencies, portals etc.) 3 national TV channels attended. Journalists were able to take comments from the company's management during the press briefing and post-briefing, and to see the whole process of production - advanced profile systems.

Following the results 269 editorial publications came out (including pieces on TV).

Publications, corresponding to learned information during press-tour, were actively published more than for a month after the event.

Following the results of press-tour publications were shown in different media: on sites of news agencies, in core publications, business media, on TV and Internet portals. In such manner all targeted audience of «MIROPLAST» company was straddled.

For "Kerameya" was organized the press conference in the news agency "Ukrainian

News" on the topic «The state and development prospects of luxury materials in

Ukraine», and also held PR-campaign in the media and activities within the

framework of specialized exhibitions. The company's factory is located in the city of

Sumy - by the opening period, the production line allowed to produce 30 millions

pcs. of clinker bricks per year.

The opening project of the plant has been implemented with the

supporting of investment venture capital fund Horizon Capital. Volume

of investments into the launch of the production line of clinker bricks of

the TM KlinKERAM amounted 18 million. USD.

For the company "TekhnoNIKOL" (Russia), one of the

largest manufacturers of roofing materials in Europe, in the

conference room UNIAN organized a press conference for

the opening of the plant "TekhnoNIKOL" in Ukraine. The

event evoked great interest in the media.

Total investments for the plant’s building, which located

in the city of Dniprodzerzinsk, amounted 8 million. euro.

In the next 3 years after the opening it was planned to

invest in the company’s development more than 3 million.

PR CASE №50 (AGRICULTURAL MARKET):

2. 2. PROMOTION OF THE BIONA Project: Organizing the press tour to the plant of biological preparations production

SHP "Niva“ (Yevpatoriya, Crimea), participation in development and fielding the

seminar for professionals of agro-market, consulting, informational support of event.

Client: Group of companies «Biona», a leading Ukrainian producer of biological

preparation for agriculture, 2010.

Aims and objectives : To develop and carry out on-site seminar for agricultural

market on the agricultural enterprise "Niva". In parallel, to organize and hold a press

tour for specialized and business media journalists. Provide a high level of the event

and forming a positive feedback by the end.

SOLUTION

Solution: A comprehensive program of the event that successfully combines

information, business and entertainment part.

The main components of the program are:

•Excursion around the enterprise (laboratory, manufacturing, etc.)

•Press–meeting with plant management for the media

•Seminars for specialists (with the participation of leading scientists on this subject, as

well as practicing farmers).

•Communication during the banquets

•Excursion programs to attractions of Yevpatoriya.

Publicity Creating specialists provide customers with necessary advices and

support of the event - with a trip to the region. The agency took over not only

the development of the program (which was, particulary, worked out excursion

routes, timing, decorating the halls, forming the press package and much

more), but also did an invitation for journalists to a press tour and tracing of

production of the TM BIONA and the benefits from working with this producer of

biological preparations.
