To successfully install Viggo Mobile, please make sure the following items are defined correctly in the Viggo Content Management System (CMS): Hotel Mobile HTML page, News, Messages and Quicktalk.

Add ‘Viggo Mobile On TV’ tile to your ‘Viggo Media Package’ from the Viggo Market > Home section. Select tile and save.

2. Guest Mobile devices must be connected to the internet (3G/WiFi).

4. The Viggo STB version should be 2.14.52 or higher.

Both STB and the Guest Mobile devices should have access to the Internet and connected to Hotel Network.

For smaller hotels, a uni�ed HSIA network may be used. In that case, L2 Client Isolation should be DISABLED.

5. Viggo Mobile is compatible with the Android version 2.2 and higher.

3. Guest must be checked-in for ‘Media Share’, ‘Messaging’ and ‘View Bill’ features to operate.

The diagram above is of a typical HSIA hotel network con�guration. The 2 networks (Guest and System) can be either WiFi or Ethernet and must use di�erent subnets.

STBs MUST have an IP connection to the Guest’s Mobile device. This can be achieved by con�guring the router between the Guest Network and System Network and can be easily tested by PING-ing the Guest Mobile device from the System Network (STB).

For Example: If the IP address of the Guest mobile device is 192.168.1.44 and the STB IP address is 172.164.1.84, the STB should be able to PING 192.168.1.44 and receive a reply.
