THE REBELLION FAILED. IT WAS PUT DOWN BY THE MILITIA

UNDER THE AOC THERE WAS NO ARMY OR NAVY

SOME STATES WOULDN'T AGREE TO THE CONSTITUTION UNTIL THE PEOPLE'S RIGHTS WERE ADDED TO THE CONSTITUTION
