Leicestershire CC approach

• The Approach that Leicestershire CC is proposing to take will be to optimise SEN Support stage and early support so that settings and families are enabled and resourced to make decisions and meet needs. This will be achieved by a comprehensive ‘Local offer’, devolving resources to settings and optimising where ever possible ‘Personal budgets’.
