Step 1:- Create a partner loginu What Partner Community ?

The Partner Community is the online home of the ISV Partner Program. Foremost, it’s a meeting place—a community where ISV partners and Salesforce experts gather to share knowledge. It’s also a resource—a place where you can go to get training, support, and manage your ISV partnership

u Go to partnersignup.salesforce.com.After you request your ISV Partner Program account, it takes about 2 to 3 business days for the approval process. When approved, you receive an email inviting you to log in to the Partner Community

u After getting partner login access . Raise case to enable Environment Hub
