1. Does your organisation already have some mobile
solutions. Can you learn from that?
2. Does your organisation have any components or
platforms already?
3. Do this align with current KPIs and goals?
4. Is it a corporate concern or a departmental concern?
5. How many people will be able to use it? Can you spread
the cost and investment per user?
6. Do your organisation have any strategies or guiding
principles for mobile?
7. Do you need to connect to 10 different backend systems
just to connect one app, that’s a lot of work.
8. Do you already have a business process schema and a
database schema?
9. What is your preferred integration strategy, is it SOA, API
setup or MDM? If you are looking into a platform and
