1.2 These Six (6) Public/Community Service Television Commercial are required to demonstrate individual student’s ability to analyse works of Film & TV techniques or New Media Design via contemporary concepts/ideas

1.3 A comprehensive knowledge or a selection from EACH TEAM of ANY NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATION.

1.4 A NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATION (NGO) IS ANY NON-PROFIT, VOLUNTARY CITIZENS' GROUP WHICH IS ORGANIZED ON A LOCAL, NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL LEVEL.

1.5 FROM/OF MALAYSIA) AND THREE (3) INTERNATIONAL NGOs relevant discipline (Film & TV techniques or New Media Design) will provide working inside a culture/ethnic difference of their own encompassing Co-Curriculum assignments/projects via Public/Community Service Television Commercial

2. Stage 2 – Creativity:

2.2 Creativity is the core learning outcome at this stage when student priorities are to sketch (SCAMPS) contemporary concepts/ideas in which the industry called it STORBOARD/CONCEPT-BOARD

2.3 EACH TEAM will SELECT ANY THREE (3) NGOs of Malaysia to accomplished the STORBOARD or CONCEPT-BOARD (Public/Community Service Television Commercials)

2.4 EACH CONCEPT/IDEA (FIRST…STORYLINE & SECOND…SCAMPS) WILL ACCOMPANIED BY ITS RATIONALE (REASONS WHY?) AND THAT IS CALLED CONCEPT/IDEA STATEMENT

3. Stage 3 – Execution: 3.1 Public/Community Service Television Commercial PRODUCTION IS THE

2.2 Lesson 9-11: Stage 2 – Creativity:

2.2.1 Create or generate 3 concepts/ideas of Malaysia NGOs – Public Service TVC based on weekly stage/progress topics …inspired or referencing Stage 1 – Research.

2.2.2 These 3 concepts/ideas may consist of 1 Malaysia NGO or 3 different Malaysia NGOs2.2.3 Each concept/idea process commences with typewritten storyline first then followed by storyboard

scamps and corresponding on weekly stage via Microsoft Office – Word documentation

2.3 Lesson 12-14: Stage 3 – Execution2.3.1 After all that have transpired at Stage 2 – Creativity2.3.2 Stage 3 is all about “Execution” …meaning to proceed to NGOs Public Service TVC production based on

concepts/ideas at Stage 2 – Creativity2.3.3 Presentation of TVCs in this stage is based on relevant software/s of application2.3.4 However these TVC/s may be documented or correspondingly via Microsoft Office – Word via

and processes will enhance assessment/presentation grading…it could just continuing from Assignment 1 booklet.
