Production Process
RF Connector Production ProcessThe main process to make the RF connector products contain 6 steps. Details as follow:
Prepare
MaterialWe Purchase Raw Material from reliable ventors and all matrial can meet the ROHS standard.
1 Make Metal
PartsMake matal body and center contact by lathe, moulding and stamping process.
2 Matel Plating
Metal body send for plating process for corrosion protection.

Make Plastic
PartsProduce the Plastic Case and insulators for RF connectort by lathe or injection moulding.
4 AssemblyConnector components will be assembled together tightly to ensure durability in using.
5 Test &
InspectionBefore package. We will test the performance of our products to ensure high quality.

Insert Metal Plate between the top and bottom mold, and then apply pressure to cut the plate.
Ideal for mass production as high production capacity with only one die mold.
Production Parts: Contact Pin / Iron Stand / some small accessories for electrical connectors.
Stamping Workshop
Forcing the molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. In Renhotec, this workshop is main for die casting moulding to make Zinc Alloy parts.
The advantages is good surface finish and dimensional consistency. And production capacity limited by quantity of metal dies made for production.

Injection moulding requires to transfer the polymeric material in powder or granule form from a feed hopper to a heated barrel. And then the plastic melted and injected into a mould.
This process is automated, so the production capacity is high.
Production Parts: Plastic part, include plastic case, caps and part of insulators for RF connectors.
Injection Moulding Workshop
Lathe is used to remove unwanted material from a cylindrical workpieces by machine tool. In Renhotec, we used lathe to produce copper parts and insulators (like Teflon).
No mould required for this process. The production capactity limited by products' structure and quantity of machine.

S-parameter Ventor Network Analyzer(VND)
The VNA characterizes high-frequency passive and active devices in their linear mode of operation by measuring their network parameters, called S-parameters, as a function of frequency.
It also measure noise parameters nonlinear characteristics, includingcompression, intermodulation, and hot S22 measurements.
