Recap & Outlook for September

For August, the MLS reports Torrance real estate activity produced a $21K increase in the market median sales price and a 5.9% rise in listings to end the month at 214. Moving in opposite direction, however, were total sales, median days to sell, and the sales/listing ratio. Year-over-year stats reveal relatively similar behavior with exception to the market median sales price, which improved 4% or by $26K.
