Summary In March, real estate activity in Torrance picked up as major metrics improved including total sales (34.5%), median sales price (3.0%), median days to sell (-14.3%), net listings (31%), and the sales-listing ratio (2.5%). Year-over-year months of inventory decreased 50% from March 2016 to 2017.

In February, C.A.R. reported “despite the back-to-back monthly price decline, February’s median price still registered a 7.6 percent increase from the revised $444,780 recorded a year ago.” http://www.car.org/aboutus/mediacenter/newsreleases/2017releases/feb2017sales?view=Standard
