Developer Immochan shared its plans for future and summarizedresults of 2013

For Immochan outgoing 2013 was productive and full of new openings ofshopping centers and shopping malls.

During 2013 Immochan Ukraine together with Auchan Group (France) wereworking on Rose Park shopping mall (Makiyivka, Donetsk oblast). For nowRose Park is close to completing: it has hook up utilities and the third level ofthe SEC is building now. And works on the improvement of the territoryadjacent to the mall has begun.

"Currently Rose Park is filled for 87% or 26 213 sq.m. of shopping space. InDecember, the company signed a lease agreement with well-known globalbrand New Yorker, store area will be 972 sq.m. Main anchor tenants areacting hypermarket "Auchan” and others: supermarket of home appliances andelectronics "Eldorado", "Planet Cinema IMAX», MANGO STORE, New Yorker,Kira Plastinina, SPORTMASTER HYPER, O'STIN, Intertop, Ecco, Pandora,Colins, L’etoile, RESERVED, MOHITO, HOUSE, Cropp Town, «YaponaHata»,Homster, «Budynok іgrashok», Watsons, Springfield, Women secret , etc." -says Ilya Sazhin, commercial director of Immochan Ukraine.

Building of the Rose Park SEC is performed in accordance with theenvironmental standard certification - BREEAM, which will help reduceoperating costs for the mall. Grand opening of the SEC is planned for 2014.

Construction of the object starts in 2014 in Odessa oblast, village Tairovo (thevillage in South of Ukraine). "The project envisages the construction of anAuchan hypermarket, a retail park with boutiques gallery, DIY, car dealerspremises and a restaurant with drive-through as well as a strip mall. Theproject in Odessa includes: Auchan hypermarket with 14 thousand sq.m., over130 shops, 3 levels and 3 thousand parking spaces. The shopping mall will bea retail leader of the economically important and dynamic Odessa region and arecognized brand at the very entrance to the city”, said Philip Beurtheret,director of Immochan Ukraine.

Immochan International summed the end of 2013 with opening of newshopping centers and malls in Poland, Italy, France and the grand opening ofthe hypermarket Auchan in China.

December 6, 2013 in China (south of Shanghai) 300-th Auchan hypermarketwas opened . Total area is 8800 sq. m GLA.

Bronowice Galeria was opened in Krakow (Poland) with area of 60,000 sq. mGLA.

It was built around the concept of “Art – Fashion – Leisure”. Exhibition area forthe Krakow Academy of Fine Arts covering over 200 sq. m. The NationalMuseum of Krakow also has a dedicated space – the “Galleria forum”.

In Italy Immochan presented two objects: Mestre and Vimodrone.

Visitors of Vimodrone shopping center can enjoy 20 extra shops and additionshopping area.
