available within 1 sq.km , without destroying agriculture

Temple/church/mosque for respective community population

unnecessary and unknowldgeble (Maximum money wastage for only
roads)
But in GPRNR Concept Only 4 roads around 4 km of 50m
wide Roads Straight Right angled Roads are to be constructed in the
Periphery to minimize road cost and saving agricultural land.
After Road both sides 50m canals to be constructed to make
use of surface water of each 1sq.km water to flow in all side 4
canals( 4km canal work) of cross section 50m(Top Width) X 40m
(Bottom Width )X 7m (Height ) with 4 bridges entry from road to
1sq.km premises

All HR Monthly salaried + 1% incentive system.
Salary Budget – 5% for generation of employement opportunity for crores of
following 4 different category of people to maintain equality and equilibrium among
HR
Management HR salary – 1% of Total Project Budget cost
Technical HR salary –1% of Total Project Budget cost
Non -Technical HR salary –1% of Total Project Budget cost
Labors HR salary –1% of Total Project Budget cost

The employment opportunity created as follows and HR distributed for each sq.km

Management HR – 10Crores of Management people to recruit to manage.
Technical HR – 20 Crores to Give Designs, Construction, Doctors,Agriculture etc
Non Technical HR – 30 Crores Non Technical people require to appoint accounts etc
Labours HR – 40 crores Uneducated labors to appoint
