63%  increase  in  number  of  Jobvites  sent  since  implemen7ng  regular  Jobvite  trainings  and  including  an  introduc7on  in  Orienta7on.

Lessons  Learned  

When  implemen7ng  any  new  system,  iden7fy  the  most  frequent  users  and  get  them  on  board  first.  

Don’t  be  afraid  of  change  –  just  because  it’s  been  done  a  certain  way  in  the  past  doesn’t  mean  it  can’t  be  improved.  

Listen  to  the  end-­‐users.    What  will  make  it  easier  

for  them?    This  is  a  robust  and  dynamic  system  –  it  can  take  it.  

Some  people  will  resist.    Make  the  responsibili7es  

clear  and  provide  as  much  support  as  

possible.
