Youth4work will assist and help all faculty members of college

in creating their profile at Youth4work, which will be listed on

college's faculty section. Every Faculty member can share

Study materials and will be allowed to create unlimited

'Class tests' for their students.

Class Test are MCQ tests created which a faculty member can

lock and only allow selective users to participate once.

The results will be a rank board for participants of that test.PR

• Class Test: Youth4Work with inputs from the college's faculty

and will assist in creating Class tests for premium college

each year, for its students exclusively. These tests will be

locked and only accessible by students from

“PREMIUM COLLEGE”.

• Performance Test: Youth4work preparatory Assessments will

be valid for the students of all years. These Assessments will

help students understand their skill gaps and would help them

in understanding the ways to plug these skill gaps

• Psychometric Test: Youth4work will help college administration

to know the behavioral analysis of their students to make

appropriate changes and improvements.

• Reports: The result of each test will create a rank boards for

students to know where they stand.
