benefit• Ensuring your office is cool

2. Flexible culture (or entrepreneurship culture) & Treating people differently

Simple things can do:• 3 types of career acceleration: normal, fast & super-fast or flatten structure

• Recognize their performance NOT only in annual basis• Reguler feedback, Group discussion, sharing time and seasonal project

• Integrate entrepreneur spirit into office culture• Option of working from home or flexible shift

3. Coaching & Mentoring them

Simple things can do:• Ensuring your leader are capable of coaching & mentoring team member • Know where they want to go, what they want to do and help them to achieve

not only for their professional but also to their personal goal. Help them to discover their calling.

4. Make sure your organization have added value other than profit
