Business Use Cases For Capabilities Management

EXPERT SEARCH

Free text or filtered search across the enterprise for specific experts/capabilities using up to 3500 implicit and explicit data points and tie ins to SAP Jam to facilitate the connection or conversation.

APPLICATION:HIRE

With advanced employee data we can find employees that are not only well suited for internal roles based on skills and experience but will enhance and extend the capabilities of the team they are joining and will be excited for the opportunity.

PREDICTIVE CONTENT

What information will be of value to the employee in advance of them asking for it. People working similar positions in the company, learning materials likely to be relevant, groups with content of interest – answers without search.

CAPABILTIES ROUTING

Recognizing the capabilities of an employee from multiple data sets the application can feed this data into CRM/Call Routing and other technologies to allocate experts, support teams or opportunities to the most able candidate.

EMPLOYEE PROFILES

Using multiple platforms including custom company DB, Qualification Catalogue and external data such as LinkedIn build and populate the internal employee profile with deeper and richer information.

ENTERPRISE Q&A

Allow employees to ask a free text question and we will find the expert most likely to have the answer or access to the answer and present it to them for answering. All answers join a global catalogue, can be anonymous and can tie in with “badges”
