EXPORT ONLINE RETAIL
ONLINE COMMERCE
• The online revolution has well and truly hit, with exporters seeing growth in eCommerce activities.
• Three-quarters of exporters generate sales online, with 55 per cent seeing increases in online trade over the past 12 months.
• Online orders are now commonplace with 67 per cent of the exporters who generate sales online receiving at least 20 per cent of their orders in this way – a jump from 58 per cent in 2014.
• One-third (34%) generate at least half of their orders online, with one-in-ten making all of their export sales online.
