Direct Mode

• Volunteer speaks directly into their computer with a headset

• Icons direct them to the next call and allows them to leave a pre-recorded voicemail

• Voter information is entered directly into computer

Conference Mode

• Volunteer enters their phone number into their computer

• The computer will call the volunteer’s number and the person’s number you’re calling

• Everything else operates like Direct Mode

Manual Dialing

• All information is displayed on the volunteer’s computer screen

• The volunteer will dial from their own phone and follow the on-screen script

• Information is input by the volunteer on the computer

Predictive Dialer
