Cheese sticks

210 g. flour

130 g. gratedcheese

150 g. butter

6 spoons ofsour cream

1 egg

Recipe.

1. Mix flour salt, butter , sour cream to make

dough.

2. Roll out the dough and cut into sticks.

3. Brush them with egg white and sprinkle with

grated cheese.

4. Put the sticks on girdle and bake in a hot

oven for 15 minutes.
