How to make lemongrass dipping sauce

Lemongrass dipping sauce has served with lot of popular dishes like fried eel,

beef dipped with vinegar or steamed clams,... Just follow the dipping sauce

1. Ingredients:

- Fish sauce: 3 spoons

- Lemongrass (has minced): 1

- Lemon juice or vinegar: 2 spoons

- Sugar: 2 spoons

- Chopped garlic and red pepper: 1 spoon for each

- Sugar: 4 spoons

2. Instructions:

Dilute water, fish sauce, sugar and lemon juice; stir for well and taste to your

taste. Finally, drop the chopped garlic, red pepper and minced lemon grass in.
