Training trainers to teach the basic TEAMcraft program can add huge benefits to your company.

Firstly, in larger companies, it can be a lot cheaper than training all your staff through Provolution. This is true if you have multiple locations or many staff.

Secondly, it can also be a lot quicker as the more trainers we have the less time it takes.

Thirdly, whatever your budget, sustainability is key. Thus training your trainers in-house

ensures training for all your new employees who join after the initial training is finished and a huge boost in motivation for those chosen to be trainers in the first place.

Usually potential trainers are highlighted during the GAP analysis. Those that meet the criteria are approached about their willingness to take on the role but trainers can also be formally selected within a company due to their personal skills and preferences.

The train the trainer program is then designed to meet the needs of the company. It may last anywhere between seven days to two months depending on the size of company, number of associates to be trained and desired outcomes of the program.

This is an agreed format by which our interviewers will conduct face-to-face interviews with a section of up to 100% of your staff.

Many company cultures are built upon fear and threat and yet every organizational analysis ever conducted has found that this is an incredibly inefficient way of achieving results.

Positive reinforcement (the rewarding of positive behaviors rather than the punishment of negative ones) is proven as the best tool of motivation inside an organization.

A company incentive scheme is a better way of supporting the message of “trust and

respect” within CULTUREcraft and motivating your people towards their goals.
