Why Conscious Leadership?
The consciousness is the reflexive
knowledge of the things; through it,
the subjects perceive themselves in the
world and dictate their behavior.
The conscious leader questions himself
in order to, from within his essence,
reconcile, resolve and deal with
every topic, problem, challenge and
opportunity that presents itself.
He combines the detailed observation
with the reflection and the action. He
knows that the key to his leadership lies
in his capacity to know himself and to
conquer himself.
