Customer relationship management (CRM) is a model for managing a company’s interactions with current and future customers. It involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support.
CRM systems are Customer Relationship Management platforms. Their goal is to track, record, store in databases, and then data mine the information in a way that increases customer relations.
CRM technology enables
Information about the customer to be stored in databases businesses to analyze that data, pull out customer preferences and make clear their behavior
Easy access to that data across departments that may be widely geographically dispersed
Easy access for customers in terms of online transactions
Speedy personalized communications that enable the customer to feel valued and special even though in reality they may be just one of hundreds of thousands of customers.
Customer: The customer is the only source of the company’s present profit and future growth .
Relationship: The relationship between a company and its customers involves Continuous bi-directional communication and interaction. The relationship can ,Be short-term or long-term, continuous or discrete, and repeating or one-time. Relationship can be attitudinal or behavioral.
Management. CRM is not an activity only within a marketing department. Rather it involves continuous corporate change in culture and processes. CRM required a comprehensive change in the organization andIts people.

PSS Billing System enables OEM to retrieve, display, and
update stock, billing and customer information. The result is
faster processing and sharing of consistent, current
information across the organization
To install the Pss Billing application in the oem system the
following prerequisite software is required-
1. Team Viewer(www.teamviewer.com)
2. Ammy Admin(www.ammyadmin.com)
3. SQL server 2008 sp 2 express edition service pack 2.
4. Microsoft.NER Framework 4.0
5. Window Installer 4.5
Pss Billing has 2 types of applications –
1. Desktop Module - Smart Client Offline & On-line capable
Windows Application for Billing and Inventory Management installed at OEM.
PO Generation
Add Engine Stock
Create DG-Set
Generate Invoice
2. Website Module -
Web Application provides online access to OEM and managers for viewing online summarized and graphical reports.

•This above chart is as follows –•First figure refers current engine stock funnel.
•Second figures refer to current month/Next month sales graph.
•Third figure refers to Current/last month HKVA/LKVA Sales line chart
•Fourth figure refer to current month sales oem/dealer wise chart. The right side of these refers to navigation link of purchase oder,Synchronize, stock, product, invoice etc
•Generate Purchase order for item purchase from Mahindra Powerol. Item can be received
against the purchased order. The system can also track Pending/ Completed Purchase Order can

•This above diagram is as follows –
1. Select the model no and part no and the description will automatically entered by the
system.
2. Click on tender to select for general tender.
3. Click on p.o no it will show the the serial no automatically. CONTND.
• 4. Reference no will automatically generated it will be printed on p.o,Click
on payment mode so as to fill that how the payment will be doe i.e. through
cash or cheque.

•As soon as the Dealer raised the purchase order it will immediately
transfer to the oem,
•Oem will check the Purchase order and if there is any column remain
unfilled or any type of wrong information the oem will rejected the
purchase order and if all is ok then the oem will make the delivery of
the required genset to the dealer
•With the delivery the oem will raised the invoice also to the dealer
and dealer will closed the enquiry from his side as soon a s he wil et
the invoice from the oem
Inward Stock-
1. Click on transaction type box it shows opening stock, replacement
stock, stock transfer etc.
2. Click on the item type box it shows the engine/alternator.
3. Click on the serial no box to add the quantity.
4. Click on the remark box if something specific is to be written.
5. Click on purchase order box if any item is to be added (if required)
1. Click on dispatch date box it will show the all the dispatch dates.
2. Click on the total items box to see the no if items dispatched.3. Click on the P.o no, if the P.o no is in the dispatch detail it will
display automatically.4. Click on the p.o date to see when the P.o is generated.5. Click on the remark to add whether it is accepted or rejected.
1. Click on the edit button so as see the stock of additional item.2. Click on the item type box it will show engine, alternator, battery etc.3. Click on the model name to add the model.4. Click on the make to insert the year of making
1. In this section what ever the stock has been sold out or transfer its entry has to be made.
2. In the date box fill the date on which stock is out.3. In the transaction box fill the transaction type.4. In the description box add all the detail related to the stock out.
1. Generate the dg set by filling the details giving in the upper diagram.
2. Click on the kva column to select the kva type.
3. Same is to be done in the case of phase , engine, panel column.
4. In the production box the production no will automatically generated
5. Item serial no will also display automatically.
6. Whatever the detail is entered will display in description column.
1. In the Oem/dealer box select the OEM/ dealer whatever is required.
2. In the invoice box add regular/ tender whichever is required.
3. In the pin code box search the pin code online and add it.
4. In the billing address box fill the required details of the address where
the genset has to be dispatch.
1. Click on the Customer information tab to check if the customer
information is filled or not. Select the customer from the master
list.
2. Click on the customer type to select the regular or corporate.
3. Select dg as per kva, phase, and panel.
4. Search pin code online.
5. Fill the installation address.
•Providing details of any invoice through engine serial no .•Through engine serial no oem can find-•Purchase order details•Stock details•Product detail•Invoice or customer detail
•Synchronization is process of synching master records and data to
PSS Server.
•Daily synchronization is recommended to keep data up to date on
client and server.
•If the OEM system shows any error related to the synch the he should
immediately contact Pss Support Team.
•It is Recommended that Synchronize should be done by the master
user only.
1. If the main user wants to give right to operate Pss billing software r then main user has to fill the s details of the other user in the Pss user column.
2. After filling the details in the Pss user column there will be two users who can operate the Pss billing software.
1. The Master user can change the password according to its need
with the old password provide by the Pss support to the new
password according to its convenience.
2. This process can also be used again when the Pss billing software
is reinstalled in the Oem/dealer system again.
Nodoubt PSS Crm Billing is a advance level application which has tried to
fullfill all the requirements of Mahindra Oem’s.
