DESCRIPTION
I've been playing video games since I was a baby. They've been something that I've always enjoyed doing, and it wasn't long after my first time playing that I knew that working with games was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I used to tell adults that, when I grew up, I wanted to make games! It was that vague because for one, I didn't know what all went into making games and how complex they were, and two, it didn't really matter. As long as I was out there, in the industry, contributing to the process of actually making a game, I would've been happy. And that was my dream. Now fast forward a few years, and I'm in school learning the skills I need to pursue that dream. On top of that, while I've been attending classes I've realized what it is that I can offer the industry when I get out, and that is someone who can stay on task, keep motivated when things break, and there's bugs, and the code's a mess, but also someone who can work with a team on a bigger project with people I don't particularly care for, and that's something I think is important no matter what you do. My main goal right now, as far as a career goes, is to have my own indie company, working with cool people who love what they're doing, because I love what I'm doing.
