If you can close your eyes…

You can do them all.

Why eyes closed?

© Puneet Srivastava, Feb 2015

Because eyes are the most vibrant set of senses which we use to interact

with the world.

If eyes can be rested,

Mind can be calmed.

1.

Deep Breathe

Close eyes & Deep breathe

Slowly & deeply…

Firstly take air in…

& then, let it go.

Deeply &…

As slowly you can!

Do this 5 times

Feel the air go in &

Then come out…

Observe the difference it makes.

Music

Put on some Music

Sit quietly; Close eyes &

Just Listen.

Allow the music to seep into you.

Let it touch you from within.

Feel it going into you and getting absorbed in there.

Experience that, slowly… &

Observe the difference.

No Issues!

Say a prayer

Visit a place of worship or just any serene place.

Stand in a quite-ishcorner…

Close eyes & Just Pray.

Pray from the bottom of your heart &

See the difference.

5.

Go for a walk/drive.

I prefer walk.

But, Hello! Here don’t close eyes.

You will find a serene spot in sometime; when that happens, stop & now close your eyes.

Feel the wind on your face.

Spread your hands if you like & experience.

Observe the difference.
