1. We have WITNESSES that can teach us how to run with endurance.

2. Trials reveal the STRENGTH of our FAITH

3. Trials are an OPPORTUNITY for endurance to GROW. .

4. Patience is a FRUIT of the SPIRIT that grows through spiritual training in the spiritual disciplines.

5. We have a CHOICE to REJOICE or be MISERABLE in trials.

6. God gives us everything we need to endure. We need to TRUST and DEPEND on Him.

7. Endurance has REWARDS.
