ORGANISATION
2 Teams 5 Oranges play 5 Yellows ( or 4v4)5 Oranges keep possession of ball in their 20 x 20 area v 3-4 YellowsRemaining Yellows 1-2, stay in opposite 20 x 20 halfWhen Yellows win ball back they immediately try to switch play back to waiting yellows in opposite areaAll yellows switch to new area to support team mates to keep ball3-4 Oranges leave their area and press the ball to win it back to switch play, etc.
KEY OBSERVATION1. Work for 2 mins (start with short interval)2. Rest for 2-4 mins3. Change Area / Duration / No of Players as your observation improves4. Change conditions5. Have Resting teams and working teams6. Time everything – if players tire quickly – stop before time is up
