•Funding and support for chapters that pilot programs to scale nationally
What this looks like: •More active, organized involvement in the advocacy and policy arena

What will Reps do?

•Monthly all-congress call + 2 task force calls/month (3 hours)

Shared Standards Chapter Input & Decision Making Data Center
Project #1: Shared Standards First Steps •Reviewing Chapter Levels Guide created in 2009 •Come up with areas where they are gaps for Novice, Emerging, and Affiliate chapters •Really attempt to answer the questions "what do we mean when we say a chapter is a Novice, etc? what are the key characteristics?“
Project #2: Setting up chapter input & decision-making structures
First step: •Brainstorm the areas where we make decisions categorized as "Chapter," "National" and "Together;" •Develop list of peers and assign someone to do some research before the next call; •Determine goals of each upcoming bi-monthly call
Project #3: Creating a Data Center
First Steps: •Send survey to entire network about data collection and management •Share results and recommendations
