•  Restored end-to-end paradigm will stimulate new innovations.

IPv6 deployment is tightly coupled to customer demand, equipment support and content availability.

•  A firm commitment from the whole internet community is required.

•  Together with the internet community, Telenor will take necessary steps to provide a smooth transition to IPv6.

•  Telenor will support Dual Stack in both the fixed and mobile network.

•  IPv6 project with responsibility for analysis and masterplan.

•  IPv6 is implemented by new product and platform related projects.

•  All new equipment must be IPv6 compliant.

•  Telenor’s internal IS/IT systems are also being prepared for IPv6.
