Land Smoothening: Process of forming uniform slope in the direction of irrigation without changing the natural land slope.
Land Grading: Process of developing desired land slope in the direction of irrigation by changing natural land slope
Land Leveling: It is the process of giving zero slope in the direction of irrigation and as well as in cross direction.
Land Leveling This technique is
mainly used for basin irrigation where low land paddy is grown and field-to-field irrigation is practiced.
