In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

�نذر� أ �ن� أ ق�و�مه ل�ى إ ا &وح% ن �ا �ن ل �س ر�� أ �ا ن إ

ع�ذ�اب( �ه&م� ي ت� �أ ي �ن أ �ل ق�ب من �ق�و�م�ك

يم( �ل أ

[71:1] Surely We sent Nuh to his people, saying: Warn your people before there come upon them a

painful chastisement.

ين( م3ب �ذير( ن &م� �ك ل 6ي ن إ ق�و�م �ا ي � ق�ال

[71:2] He said: O my people! Surely I am a plain warner to you:

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

�طيع&ون و�أ �ق&وه& و�ات ��ه الل &د&وا اع�ب ن� أ

[71:3] That you should serve Allah and be careful of (your duty to) Him and obey me:

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

ل�ى إ &م� ك &ؤ�خ6ر� و�ي &م� ك &وب ذ&ن م6ن &م �ك ل �غ�فر� ي �ال ج�اء ذ�ا إ �ه الل ��ج�ل أ ن� إ مHى �م3س Iل��ج أ

��م&ون �ع�ل ت &م� &نت ك �و� ل &ؤ�خ�ر& ي

[71:4] He will forgive you some of your faults and grant you a delay to an appointed term; surely the

term of Allah when it comes is not postponed; did you but know!

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

�ال% �ي ل ق�و�مي د�ع�و�ت& 6ي ن إ ب6 �ر �ق�الا �ه�ار% و�ن

[71:5] He said: O my Lord! surely I have called my people by night and by day!

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

ا ار% �فر ال� إ ي د&ع�ائ �زد�ه&م� ي �م� ف�ل

[71:6] But my call has only made them flee the more:

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

&وا ج�ع�ل �ه&م� ل ��غ�فر ت ل &ه&م� د�ع�و�ت �م�ا &ل ك 6ي ن و�إو�ا ��غ�ش ت و�اس� هم� آذ�ان في ع�ه&م� ص�اب

� أا �ار% �ب ك ت اس� وا �ر& �ب �ك ت و�اس� وا ص�ر3

� و�أ �ه&م� �اب ي ث

[71:7] And whenever I have called them that Thou mayest forgive them, they put their fingers in

their ears, cover themselves with their garments, and persist and are puffed up with pride:

ا جه�ار% &ه&م� د�ع�و�ت 6ي ن إ &م� ث

[71:8] Then surely I called to them aloud:

�ه&م� ل ت& ر� �ر س�� و�أ �ه&م� ل �نت& �ع�ل أ 6ي ن إ &م� ث

ا ار% �ر س� إ

[71:9] Then surely I spoke to them in public and I spoke to them in secret:

ا غ�ف�ار% ��ان ك �ه& ن إ &م� �ك ب �ر وا �غ�فر& ت اس� ف�ق&ل�ت&

[71:10] Then I said, Ask forgiveness of your Lord, surely He is the most Forgiving:

ا ار% �م6د�ر &م �ك �ي ع�ل م�اء الس� سل &ر� ي

[71:11] He will send down upon you the cloud, pouring down abundance of rain:

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

&م� �ك ل �ج�ع�ل و�ي �ين �ن و�ب Iال�م�و� أ ب &م� &م�دد�ك و�ي

ا �ه�ار% ن� أ &م� �ك ل �ج�ع�ل و�ي Iات� ن � ج

[71:12] And help you with wealth and sons, and make for you gardens, and make for you rivers.

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

ا و�ق�ار% �ه ل ل �ج&ون �ر� ت �ال &م� �ك ل م�ا

[71:13] What is the matter with you that you fear not the greatness of Allah?

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

ا ط�و�ار%� أ &م� �ق�ك ل �خ و�ق�د�

[71:14] And indeed He has created you through various grades:

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

��ع ب �س �ه& الل �خ�ل�ق ��ف �ي ك و�ا ��ر ت �م� �ل أ�اق%ا طب Iات�م�او � س

[71:15] Do you not see how Allah has created the seven heavens, one above another,

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

�و�ج�ع�ل ا &ور% ن فيهن� ��ق�م�ر ال �و�ج�ع�لاج%ا �ر س �م�س الش�

[71:16] And made the moon therein a light, and made the sun a lamp?

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

%ا �ات �ب ن ر�ض� األ� �م6ن &م �ك �ت �نب أ �ه& و�الل

[71:17] And Allah has made you grow out of the earth as a growth:

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

اج%ا �خ�ر إ &م� &خ�رج&ك و�ي فيه�ا &م� &عيد&ك ي &م� ث

[71:18] Then He returns you to it, then will He bring you forth a (new) bringing forth:

اط%ا �س ب �ر�ض� األ� &م& �ك ل �ج�ع�ل �ه& و�الل

[71:19] And Allah has made for you the earth a wide expanse,

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

فج�اج%ا &ال% ب س& �ه�ا من &وا &ك ل �س� ت ل

[71:20] That you may go along therein in wide paths.

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

�ع&وا �ب و�ات ي ع�ص�و�ن �ه&م� ن إ ب6 ر� &وح( ن �ق�الا ار% �خ�س ال� إ �د&ه& و�و�ل &ه& م�ال �زد�ه& ي �م� ل م�ن

[71:21] Nuh said: My Lord! surely they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth

and children have added to him nothing but loss.

ا �ار% &ب ك ا �ر% م�ك وا �ر& و�م�ك

[71:22] And they have planned a very great plan.

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

و�دHا ن� �ذ�ر& ت �و�ال &م� �ك ه�ت آل ن� �ذ�ر& ت �ال &وا و�ق�الا ر% �س� و�ن ��ع&وق و�ي ��غ&وث ي �و�ال و�اع%ا س& � و�ال

[71:23] And they say: By no means leave your gods, nor leave Wadd, nor Suwa; nor Yaghus,

and Yauq and Nasr.

�مين الظ�ال �زد ت �و�ال % يرا �ث ك 3وا �ض�ل أ و�ق�د�ال% �ض�ال ال� إ

[71:24] And indeed they have led astray many, and do not increase the unjust in aught but error.

ا �ار% ن &وا ل د�خ& ف�أ &غ�رق&وا أ هم� �ات خ�طيئ مم�ا

�ه الل د&ون م6ن �ه&م ل �جد&وا ي �م� ف�لا �نص�ار% أ

[71:25] Because of their wrongs they were drowned, then made to enter fire, so they did not

find any helpers besides Allah.

ض ر�� األ� ع�ل�ى �ذ�ر� ت �ال ب6 ر� &وح( ن �و�ق�ال

ا �ار% د�ي ��افرين �ك ال � من

[71:26] And Nuh said: My Lord! leave not upon the land any dweller from among the unbelievers:

�و�ال ��اد�ك ب ع 3وا &ضل ي ه&م� �ذ�ر� ت ن إ ��ك ن إا �ف�ار% ك ا ف�اجر% ال� إ د&وا �ل ي

[71:27] For surely if Thou leave them they will lead astray Thy servants, and will not beget any but

immoral, ungrateful (children)

Surah Nuh (Nuh)

�د�خ�ل م�ن و�ل د�ي� و�ال و�ل لي اغ�فر� ب6 �ر �ات �م&ؤ�من و�ال �ين �م&ؤ�من ل و�ل %ا م&ؤ�من �ي �ت �ي ب

ا �ار% �ب ت ال� إ �مين الظ�ال �زد ت � و�ال

[71:28] My Lord! forgive me and my parents and him who enters my house believing, and the

believing men and the believing women; and do not increase the unjust in aught but destruction!
