DESCRIPTION

Robert Bentz Nathanial Roberts Patrick Rutter Timothy Hernandez As we begin to take baby steps out of our bust economy, many planners in Florida will begin to realize that the urban areas we saw develop over the boom year have little to no developable land left. There are many opportunities and challenges in the future for Florida’s planners. What can they do now to plan for the future? What will the future look like? This panel discussion made up of land owners, builders, private sector and public sector planners will discuss and provide views of what “build out” of our urbanized areas means to Florida’s future.
