Observations• All participants said not wearing glasses did

not affect their performance.

• Participants kept asking why the task was being asked to do.

• Only one person figured out how to set up the time efficiently.

• All participants made several errors on the second tasks .

• The two female users were able to make coffee successfully, unlike the male user who mistakenly put the water in the coffee ground’s place.

more challenging.

• Give the manual to the participants. (Machine was not new/could not find it)

• Make the user feel more comfortable.

• Set up a measuring scale for the tasks.

Function:

• Buttons are easily identified and accessible.

• Less button clicks to set the clock.
