Best Practices o Add title, description and keywords to each image o Always make backups o As images are finished, move them to waiting area for meta-data o Batch processing for simple changes to lighting or re-sizing o Move images to either editing or a holding area o Decide which images to keep o Delete poor quality images and duplicates o Images that just need better cropping o Images that need individual editing o Index, label, and tag o Leverage Software as a Service o Make sure to use Metadata and Tags o Move images to finished folder o Never Work on Originals o Rename and move to selection, store raw images in archive o Set up User Roles and Permissions o Store all images in one place for simple retrieval Stages of File Management Storing new images
