Alright, I Can Code! So What Else Do I Need to Know?• Password protected pages and sites will not work with this integration.

• The HTML Integration does not support Cross Origin Framing. Cross Origin Framing is specified in the code of the website. If Cross Origin is blocked, the webpage will not load in CommandCenterHD.

• The integration must be purchased a la carte or is included in our Expansion Package.

• • Websites with links to external and third party content (ex: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) are not compatible with digital signage.

What Can We Do For You?• We can “re-build” code for digital signage from HTML that already exists.

• We’ll approve and authorize all content before it is turned on in the customer’s CCHD Account.

Common MisconceptionsQ: “I have a website, can’t I just link it to my kiosk?”A: Unfortunately, the answer is no. All Kiosks built with HTML must be custom coded.

Q: “Can I post streaming sites?”A: Yes you can, however, streaming takes up bandwidth and you will and you will most likely be streaming to multiple devices which can bog down your network.

Q: “Can the kiosk link out to a website?”A: NA: No, we use a proprietary image and linking to a website can cause access to many undesirable sites (such as social media, etc.) and will break or lock the user out of our player.
