How to Export LinkedIn Contacts To Outlook

Steps to Export Contacts form LinkedIn

Open LinkedIn and Log-in to your account.

Go to My Networks and click on Connections.

Now, In Connections window click on Settings icon on the top right corner of the page.

In the settings, now go to Advance Settings on right-hand side of the page and click on Export LinkedIn Connections.

In Export To window, choose Microsoft Outlook (.CSV file) from the drop down menu list.

Now, click on the Export Button.

A .CSV file automatically gets saved in your downloads on your system containing all the contacts form LinkedIn and you can easily access it.

Importing LinkedIn contacts in Outlook

The CSV file which got saved in your system can now be Imported in Outlook.

Open Outlook, go to Files, click on Open and then Import.

From Import & Export Wizard, select Import from another program or file and click Next.

Now select Comma Separated Values and click on Next.

Browse your LinkedIn contacts .CSV file and click on Next.

Select Contacts as destination to store in Outlook and click on Next.

Now, Click Finish to start the process.

This completes the process of Exporting LinkedIn contacts and Importing them in Outlook.
