Why Clubs and Organizations? Many of the students at Flagler are

involved in a club or organization Clubs and Organizations are a vital part

to the college experience and learning to work well with others

Population and Sample Our population includes all students at

Flagler College. Our sample is all the people that took

our survey (87 students at Flagler). The information we have gathered is a

statistic and not a parameter because it is only describing the sample of people who took the survey.

Summary

We learned from our data that seniors were most likely to be involved in clubs, whereas sophomores were least likely.

We also learned that seniors were most likely to be officers in their respective clubs. This makes sense because seniors are most likely the most knowledgeable in the club.

The data showed us that men were more likely to be involved in outdoors-related clubs then women.

The final thing that our data showed us was that more people signed up for clubs than actually attended the meeting on average. There were too many variables to consider when trying to explain why this could be true.
