Brave Giant Panda

Habitat

The giant panda live in a brodleaf forest in the south western moutines of china. The description of the biome is that they is a river that pass by the moutines the river is not long. And that the brodleaf forest is a conifoures forest. In the brodleaf forest they are bamboos that grow and shurb leaves and they is tuffed grass in the grown.

• The food that the giant panda eats is shurb leaves, flowers, bamboo, rodents, honey, eggs, fish and insects.

Food Habits

• Panda eat 99% of bamboo and they eat 48 pounds of bamboo a day and that the baby’s eat 28 pounds of bamboo a day. The panda bear hunts he’s food by cathching it in a river and climbing trees.

Interesting Facts

• The pandas intresting facts are that their eyes are like the cat eyes and that there teeth are strong, sharpy and flat because they eat bamboo. Another fact is that when they have baby’s they chose one and lets the other die.

Why is it Endangered?• Pandas are endangered for many reasons1. Lost of habitat 2. Over hunting3. Pollution But the main reason that pandas and all animals are endangered is because of

human we are affecting there endangerment we are the main reason every time that you buy a coat made out of animal fur you are affecting also sometimes you think look at that beautiful view to the rainforest from that hotel but you didn't think that for making that hotel they ocupied space. They did they ocupied space were animals live and the population became smaller and smaller. Until the animals became

threatened, endangered and then extinct.

you are affecting. Every time you buy bamboo plant you are affecting also every time you shop your needs food or paper you are affecting.

What Has Been Done to Help?

1. China has make there coin with the face of the giant panda.

2. There world wildlife fund helps the panda

3. China has make the pandas enviroment a place that there is no hunting aloud.

• I think that the panda will not become extinct. But maybe in the future the pandas can became an

endangered of extinction animal. Again!
