Servicing customers effective does not stop at having a chat based conversation with them on messengers, it will also involve allowing them to service themselves in an aided or unaided fashion through the messaging platform. To provide unaided self-serviceable support within messengers the same need to start supporting transactional capabilities. Inorder for this capability to be enabled, messengers need to support bi-directional actionable messaging.

It is ubiquity and ease of access customer are looking for. Also, customers are increasingly preferring one unified platform for getting all their support needs serviced. What if customers can get all their service requests fulfilled with ‘Enterprise A’ & ‘Enterprise B’ on a single unified messenger. The days are not too far away. Modern day messengers are gearing up to making this capability a reality.
